Tanggungjawab

• Menyediakan minuman sejuk dan panas seperti teh, coklat, jus dan lain-lain.
• Menyediakan topping dan bahan tambahan (sirap, susu, krim, buah-buahan) mengikut resipi
• Penyediaan waffle & dessert
• Membuat waffle mengikut resipi
• Menyusun dan menghias hidangan untuk pelanggan dan takeaway
• Menyambut pelanggan dengan mesra dan profesional
• Mengambil pesanan dan mengendalikan pembayaran tunai atau e-wallet (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, ShopeePay, dll.)
• Memberi cadangan menu dan promosi kepada pelanggan
• Pengurusan peralatan & kebersihan
• Membersihkan perkakas dapur, mesin minuman, dan kaunter
• Menyapu, mengelap meja, dan memastikan kawasan café bersih dan selamat
• Mematuhi standard keselamatan makanan (HACCP & SOP dapur)
• Memantau dan menyusun stok bahan minuman, waffle, dessert, topping, dan bahan lain
• Mengemaskini penggunaan harian untuk kawalan kos
• Tugas lain-lain
• Membantu penyediaan café sebelum buka dan semasa tutup
• Menyokong rakan sekerja apabila diperlukan

Kelayakan

• SPM
• Pengalaman dalam penyediaan minuman, dessert, atau kerja café adalah kelebihan
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan layanan pelanggan yang baik
• Mampu mengendalikan pembayaran tunai & e-wallet
• Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan semasa waktu puncak
• Mesra dan profesional
• Tepat masa dan boleh dipercayai
• Bersedia belajar dan meningkatkan kemahiran
• Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam pasukan
