Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise team member, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food & beverages quality, customer service and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Incorporate customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure reach the target set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,698.73 per month

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
