Trading Procurement

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs to supplier based on client’s requirements and specifications.
• To follow up with supplier for quotation submission and clarification.
• To ensure all technical documents such as technical datasheet (if applicable) is submitted along with quotation.
• To develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers to get priority treatment such as faster quotes and urgent prioritize delivery.
• To estimate logistics costs accurately.
• To negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to optimize cost and value.
• To create and issue Purchase Orders in alignment with quotations, delivery schedules, and internal approval processes.
• To track delivery schedule and update Purchase Orders status.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
• Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply

Requirements

• Ability to read & interpret technical specifications, datasheets, and drawings related to equipment, parts, or materials.
• Basic product and material knowledge in oil and gas industry.
• Able to handle urgent sourcing enquiry.
