1. Mencari dan membina hubungan dengan pelanggan sedia ada dan baharu (contractors, batching plant, infrastructure projects, premix plant).
2. Mengenal pasti peluang projek (JKR, projek jalan raya, projek swasta, development housing, highway).
3. Membuat follow-up terhadap order, penghantaran, dan feedback pelanggan.
4. Menyediakan quotation, pricing, dan proposal mengikut keperluan pelanggan.
5. Melakukan lawatan ke site pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan projek.
6. Mematuhi SOP keselamatan kuari terutama semasa berada di kawasan plant.
