Job Description:
1. Responsible for marketing promotion, self-media operation to ensure each activity is propagandised and popularized.
2. Develop marketing event plan, prepare the entire marketing activities/ events, including advertising and material preparation.
3. Seek cooperation with external parties and evaluate the possibilities of the activity.
4. Plan and execute all social media, including Facebook, Instagram and Wechat.
5. To obtain a strong retail market presence to ensure that is relevant to its customers.
6. To support Commercial Activities to promote sustainability of sales.
7. To monitor advertising programmes required for all media, including collateral in support of the marketing plan.
8. To maintain Good Public Relations with relevant Media Platforms or Government bodies..
Job Requirement:
1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property and equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) marketing working experience in real estate industry or event company.
3. Excellent capabilities of document writing and good at Word, PPT and Excel.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and team work skills.
5. Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
