Customer Service Job Description

We are looking for a customer service to join our e-commerce team. We’re a e-Commerce Batik Clothing company based in Jitra, Kedah. Joining us means you will have plenty of opportunities to learn the inside outs of the fast-paced e-commerce and the Internet Marketing industry, and have tons of fun in the process.

Job descriptions:
Manage customer queries and complaints.
Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:
Customer service experience, in a fast paced customer service environment
Typically 1 years relevant experience in an customer service role

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM300.00 per month
