- Location: Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan
-Position: Site Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site documentation, filing, and record keeping.
• Prepare and update daily site reports, attendance, and progress records.
• Handle correspondence, data entry, and maintain organized records.
• Support project team with administrative tasks as required.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and office team when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM and above.
• Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in construction/clerical work is an added advantage.
