About the Role

We are looking for friendly and energetic Retail Assistants (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our team at Parkson Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. You will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the outlet is well-presented while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Assist in sales and achieving outlet targets
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation of the outlet
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time: RM1,700 – RM2,000
• Part-Time: Starting from RM8.72/hour
