The following is a list of duties as an Admin cum Customer Service Executive (Front desk) as
follows:
1. To handle front desk tasks daily.
2. To handle complaints and feedback from residents
3. To prepare the document for the MC meeting
4. To prepare the resident document for AGM/EGM
5. To ensure proper control over stock and stationery
6. To always comply with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) in the process of
carrying out duties.
7. To act on other job functions that the Management may assign from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
