Jawatan Kosong STORE MANAGER in Sandakan

Job Description:-

1) To hold keys to the shop and responsible for opening and closing of the shop.

2) Responsible for banking on daily sales collection, all cash transactions and properties in the shop.

3) To supervise the receiving of goods into the shop system with correct pricing, proper maintenance of shelf labels, proper merchandising and storing of stocks.

4) To maintain an efficient and effective stock control by ensuring the inventory data in the system is properly maintained.

5) To train all staff to observe FIFO (First In First Out) and to remove short expiry products from the selling floor promptly

6) To order stocks from warehouse and approved suppliers.

7) To assist in the preparations for stock take and to maintain the stocks accuracy after stock take exercise.

Requirements:-

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

3. A minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.

4. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

5. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
