• Mempunyai Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan; atau
• Mempunyai Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan; atau
• Mempunyai Diploma dalam Diploma dalam bidang Sains Kesetiausahaan atau Pengurusan dan Teknologi Pejabat, ATAU
• Mempunyai Diploma dalam bidang-bidang yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada Institusi Pengajian Tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya; dan
• Memperolehi Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) (termasuklah Ujian Lisan) dalam subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan;
• Bertanggungjawab menguruskan kerja-kerja yang dalam Pentadbiran meliputi pengurusan pentadbiran pejabat, kewangan, perhubungan awam, dan sokongan kepada pegawai di peringkat pengurusan profesional. Tugas utama adalah mengendalikan surat-menyurat, menyelaraskan mesyuarat, menguruskan fail, menyediakan dokumen, dan memastikan kelancaran operasi pejabat harian, termasuk menguruskan fail dan data.
