Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting customer
• Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
• Possess good product knowledge.
• Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
• Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
• Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
• Conducting weekly reports and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate and School Leavers is encourage to apply
• Energetic and Outgoing personalities
• 6 working days/week (including weekends).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to work for long hours in standing for extended periods.
