PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

• Identify tender opportunities, evaluate their suitability, and manage the end-to-endtender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Attending site visits/ tender meetings as required.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers who can meet therequirements of the tender.
• Identifying reliable sources of supply, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contractsto ensure favourable terms and pricing.
• Monitor & update all the tenders in ePerolehan website.
• Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as assigned by themanagement.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines and complete urgenttask.

Requirement and skills

• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office software.
• Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.
• Familiarise with government procurement is an added bonus.
• Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
• Able to and willing to work under pressure.

Working Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years related experience, preferably candidates with experience inhandling tenders or equivalent.
