Jawatan Kosong Assistant Manager, Planning & Records in Kuala Lumpur

Reports To

Manager, Planning & Records

Role Purpose

Assist MTP to manage MW aircraft maintenance program, reliability, maintenance planning, engineering activities and aircraft records per CAAM CAD 6802 (Part M Subpart G) requirements.

Key Accountability

• To ensure that MW aircraft, engine, component, and the associated equipment perform to the specification as re-quired by the company and CAAM CAD 6802 requirements.

• Administer the Technical records section and manage a complete operational and maintenance record of aircraft and its equipment operated by MW, to meet the Company and respective Airworthiness Authorities' requirements

• Develop, plan, coordinate, execute, redeliver and finalize aircraft end of lease in accordance to the lease agreement and return/delivery conditions as mutually agreed with the lessors /new buyers

• To ensure the availability of technical specialists to support line maintenance.

• To liaise with OEM and other operationally relevant entities.

• In the absence of the MASwings MTP shall deputize and be responsible for the functions that were delegated by the MW MTP.

• To carry out any other related task as directed by the superior.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required with 3 years experience in Engineering & Maintenance or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with 4 years in Engineering & Maintenance.

Skills & Knowledge

• High knowledge in Engineering & Maintenance Planning Documents, system and process, particularly Technical Records.

• Relevant knowledge and experience in Project / Programme management.

• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, which able to lead with good leadership quality and analytical skills and capable to work under pressure.

• Capable to implement projects and execute plan in timely manner.

• Moderate to expert skills with project management / office tools (Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Words/Project).
