AUTHORITIES
1. To safe keeping and distribute PPE, equipment, tools, machine, consumables, stationery, fitting, spare parts and etc. as requested by submission of MRF.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. To make sure safe keeping of PPE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Report to QA/HSE Manager.
2. Responsible to all the goods in store, inspect all received goods and must comply to the specification stated in purchase order.
3. Responsible to inform the goods delivery status to the person who order the goods.
4. Arrange the goods in store.
5. Keeps the store cleans and tidy.
6. Responsible to comply with store management procedure RW-IP-QH-016-15.
7. To report all defect/damaged/lost goods and arrange the goods for repair.
8. To record all goods in and out the store.
9. To perform shipment that was assign to storekeeper which is MRF Shipment, Fire retardant coverall shipment and PPE shipment.
10. To check stock code in Purchase Order prior to perform Receipt Entry for new stock item.
11. Responsible to contact the person who take the equipment and do not return on the estimated returned date.
12. To maintain the filing system.
13. To prepare a list of goods in the store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
