Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Officer in Labuan

Customer Assistance and Support:

▪ Handle customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, in-person) promptly and professionally.

▪ Provide applicable solutions and service quotation as per client request

Sales Order Processing:

▪ Manage incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

▪ Liaise with supplier for applicable service requirement.

Order Fulfillment and Coordination:

▪ Oversee the fulfillment process, ensuring services timely delivery to client.

▪ Collaborate with internal teams to expedite service processing and delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through positive interactions and follow-ups.

▪ Adhere to company customer service standard

Documentation and Reporting:

▪ Maintain accurate records of service confirmation and perform sales invoice instruction for completed services.

▪ Follow up with external party documentation for sales invoice instruction

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
