Memantau stok, melakukan pesanan & kawal pembaziran.
Memimpin, melatih & memantau prestasi staf.
Memastikan kualiti makanan konsisten mengikut SOP.
Mengurus aduan pelanggan dengan bijak & profesional.
Menyediakan laporan jualan, stok dan kehadiran staf setiap hari.
Memastikan kebersihan, keselamatan makanan & standard KKM.
