Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT in Petaling Jaya

General Description

Manages a company's financial records and transactions, including :-

• Recording daily entries
• Managing accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures
• Processing payroll
• Reconciling accounts
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Duties and responsibilities

Overall function : Enter accurate data into the accounting system and maintain organized financial records and administrative documents.

Main Responsibilities : Manages accounts receivable- Sales and settlement journal entry and bank reconciliation.

Work Experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and management.
• Meticulousness in data entry and record-keeping to ensure accuracy.

Qualification

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
