Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our Outbound Cash Treat and Balance Transfer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring operational excellence within the outbound telesales function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team handling Cash Treat and Balance Transfer products.
• Drive team performance to achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and call scripts to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide coaching, motivation, and guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management review.
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in managing outbound telesales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with credit card, personal financing, or balance transfer products is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
