KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for dental services (e.g. scaling, braces, whitening)
• Manage the clinic's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, WhatsApp)
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle DM/WhatsApp messages professionally.
• Create marketing materials such as posters, captions and content ideas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Male/female max 30 years old
• Graduated in related field or have strong marketing experience and social media skills are encourage to apply.
• Friendly, confident, and good at speaking.
• Interested in marketing, social media & healthcare services.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta Business, Google Forms.
• Able to work independently and meet goals.
