Jawatan Kosong MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR EXERCUTIVE in Kuantan

TUGAS PEMASARAN (MARKETING)

1. Perancangan Strategi Pemasaran

• Merangka dan melaksanakan pelan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kesedaran jenama dan jualan.
• Menjalankan kajian pasaran dan analisis pesaing.
• Menentukan sasaran audiens dan segmentasi pasaran.

2. Pengurusan Kempen Promosi

• Merancang dan mengurus kempen promosi (atas talian & luar talian).
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan rekaan dan kandungan untuk bahan promosi.

3. Pemasaran Digital

• Mengurus akaun media sosial, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, SEM dan lain-lain.
• Menganalisis prestasi kempen digital menggunakan alatan seperti Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, dsb.

4. Penjenamaan (Branding)

• Memastikan komunikasi jenama konsisten di semua platform.
• Menjaga imej jenama agar kekal positif dan dipercayai.

5. Hubungan Pelanggan

• Menganalisis keperluan dan tahap kepuasan pelanggan.
• Mengurus sistem CRM dan maklum balas pelanggan.

TUGAS PENCIPTA KANDUNGAN (CONTENT CREATOR)

1. Perancangan Kandungan

• Menyusun kalendar kandungan mengikut strategi pemasaran.
• Menjana idea-idea kreatif untuk kandungan (foto, video, artikel, dll).

2. Penghasilan Kandungan

• Menghasilkan kandungan visual (gambar, video, grafik) dan teks (caption, artikel, skrip video).
• Menyunting dan memperkemas kandungan agar menarik dan selari dengan identiti jenama.

3. Penerbitan Kandungan

• Menjadualkan dan memuat naik kandungan ke pelbagai platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Blog, dan lain-lain.
• Menyesuaikan kandungan mengikut algoritma dan trend platform tersebut.

4. Analisis Prestasi Kandungan

• Memantau tahap penglibatan (engagement), capaian, dan kadar penukaran (conversion).
• Menambah baik kandungan berdasarkan data prestasi.

5. Kerjasama

• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran, pereka grafik, jurugambar, juruvideo atau influencer.
• Menjalankan kempen kolaborasi dengan KOL/influencer jika perlu.
