Overall Purpose of the Job

To supervise all CRT technical operations, technical personnel, technical processes, service and maintenance processes, workshop facilities, equipment & tools and to support with the development, implementation and monitoring of various operational objectives, processes and procedures.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

1. Demonstrate leadership to all Field Service Technicians by:

• Directing activities by providing clear, complete and accurate information and adequate supervision.
• Demanding a commitment to Operational Excellence with respect to Frank's Quality and Safety Management System compliance.
• Demonstrating and demanding a "sense of urgency" from all technicians with respect to daily activities and planned objectives.
• Demonstrating and demanding professional working relationships with customers, suppliers and technicians.

2. Manage day to day function of CRT operations with a focus on providing maximum customer satisfaction while achieving operational and sales objectives.

3. Ensure all CRT operational requirements for customer that all requirements are completed and carried out on a continuous basis:

• Job packages
• Load out list
• Ensure workshop mobilise equipment using various mobilisation checklist
• Communication with Field Service Technicians and Operations Team Members
• Conduct post job review with crews

4. Responsible for ensuring all CRT equipment maintained in a serviceable condition and is inspected and certified to industry standards and compliant with Selaut Quality System Maintenance and Testing Processes.

5. Responsible to liaise with QHSE&E Coordinator and all technical personnel to minimise injury, incidents and accidents and to ensure all incidents, injuries and accidents are investigated and reported. Ensure that an appropriate level of investigation occurs followed unwanted / unplanned events so that the Root Cause(s) are identified, and actions are assigned to prevent recurrence.

6. Responsible for assessing and evaluating performance of all technical personnel. Responsible for ensuring all technical, workshop and warehouse personnel are trained and certified to the required legislative and industry related accreditation standards.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience managing CRT operational facilities, personnel and projects in the oil and gas industry.

• A sound technical background and knowledge of upstream oil and gas operational processes. Proven ability to apply analytical skills to assessing problems and the expertise to devise and implement solutions.

• A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading, supervising and developing teams of operations personnel to achieve company-oriented goals and targets.
