Location : KL/Selangor, Ipoh, Johor, Labuan, Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu, Sibu, Bintulu
Looking for a passionate and driven Audiologist join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and improving their quality of life through diagnostics test, rehabilitation, and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
a) Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patient and make recommendation for hearing aids.
b) Diagnostic testing.
c) Program, general cleaning and troubleshooting of hearing aids.
d) Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustment, question or problems.
e) Maintain documentation and patient files.
f) Follow-up for government sales and payment collections.
g) Maintain rapport with referring resources/hospitals/welfare agencies.
h) Provide product training to hospital audiologist.
Requirements:
a) Min recognised Degree in Audiology.
b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
c) Also, we are willing to pay more for Senior Audiologist with extensive experience.
d) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and local dialects will be an advantage due to customer demography).
e) Meticulous, organised and good interpersonal skills.
f) Good in filling/documentation work and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
