Intermediate Interior Designer - (PJ, Selangor)

Work arrangements

Operation hours : Mondays - Fridays (9am to 6pm)

Job Description

#2 headcounts needed

- Experience in office spacing planning.

- Able to conceptualize and sketch design plans

- Prepare and Participate in client presentations

- To assist Senior Interior Designer on project progress

- Where necessary to assist to oversees the installation of design elements

- Liase and assist to coordinate with client representative, others consultants and supplier involved in project assignment

- Preparation of presentation drawings-3D, Plan & Elevation, Sketching of design concept preparation for presentation material during schematic design

- Knowledge of using computer applications (Autocad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3D Max, Power Point)

- Responsible in Research and assist procurement to source for product I materials and technical concepts to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development.

- Sketch/ Prepare 3D/ preliminary design Layout plans, Detailed Drawings including electrical layouts.

- To Monitor I supervise all design drawings and documentation are checked & verified before issuance

- Specify materials and furnishings, Decor and finishes such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring and plumbing fixtures.for sample & material board

- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.

- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline on going design projects.

- To attend Technical Meeting & site Meeting & Technical sound

- Able to work long hour to meet datelines

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in this field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
