Job summary

To handle all types of customers from various channels including correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries. Each Customer Service Professional will ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.

Job Responsibility

• Handling customer list & order processing order accurately on a daily basis in a timely manner.
• To provide accurate information / service with excellent telephone courtesy for all customers.

Requirement

• SPM (with 1 year working experience) / Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• No working experience required
• Able to start immediately
• Willing to work in rotational shift at Taman Medan Jaya, Marang
• Age 19 years old - 35 years old
