Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Beaufort

Job description

• To perform general admin & accounts duties.
• Welcome patients and their relatives by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Help new patients with their applications for dialysis in our Centre.
• Handle patient enquiries and provide good Customer Service.
• Prepare monthly invoices and claims for all Panels.
• Manage payments from patients and Panels.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• A pleasant person who enjoys meeting customers/patients.
• A good team player who is honest, careful and reliable.
• Good communication skills (spoken & written) in BM and English.
• Willingness to work on Saturday.
• Willingness to train at Kota Kinabalu branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative/customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2024
