Jawatan Kosong: Customer Service Representative

Kami sedang mencari Customer Service Representative yang berdedikasi untuk menyertai pasukan Sabun Badang! Jika anda seorang yang cekap, mesra pelanggan, dan mampu mengurus pelbagai platform, ini peluang anda!

Tanggungjawab Utama:

* TikTok & Shopee

• Membalas chat pelanggan dengan pantas & profesional
• Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan & menguruskan refund/return
• Memantau prestasi akaun seperti response rate, satisfaction rate & shop health
• Mengurus aduan dan maklum balas negatif
• Mengendalikan isu penghantaran dengan pihak kurier
• Menyimpan & mengumpul testimoni pelanggan
• Menyelia kerja Customer Service outsource

* WhatsApp

• Membalas chat & aduan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp
• Menguruskan maklum balas daripada ejen (Mr, outsource, Gegebus, Shopee Go)
• Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan dan menguruskan return/refund

* Video & Live Demo

• Menyumbang sekurang-kurangnya 2 video demo menggunakan produk Sabun Badang
• Menyertai sesi Live TikTok sekurang-kurangnya 2 kali seminggu (1 jam per sesi)

* Meeting & Laporan

• Menghadiri mesyuarat pemasaran, closing month & PM15
• Menyediakan laporan prestasi kedai (TikTok & Shopee)
• Menyediakan laporan pengurusan aduan, testimoni & refund

Kelayakan:

✅ Berpengalaman dalam customer service, lebih-lebih lagi di platform e-commerce seperti TikTok & Shopee
✅ Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan & multitasking
✅ Fast response & mahir mengurus pelanggan
✅ Mahir menggunakan platform e-commerce & analisis prestasi kedai
✅ Bonus jika ada pengalaman buat live atau video content

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
