Moliform Sdn. Bhd. Jobs April 2026

• Handle daily accounting operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage and oversee daily office operations.
• Basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliation, etc.
• Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain company account with accounting software.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly management accounting reports for the management.
• Maintain a proper filing system, ensuring effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
• Responsible for issuing invoices and monitoring debtor collections.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / SPM / LCCI in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Admin and Accounts related work.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Able to operate accounting software and has good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines through self-initiative.
• Proactive personality, fast learner, good communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
