Job Description:
1.Monitor and Review the day to day activities of the Documentation team.
2. Build Relationship, resolve and guide the documentation team any issues in co-ordination with shipping, finance, customer services and any other related departments etc.
3. Build relationship, resolve and guide the documentation team any issues in co-ordination with external authorities such as customs, MITI, Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, Ministry of health Banks and any other related departments etc.
4. Ensure that the policy is followed and wherever required set up the policy for compliance.
5. To ensure that the SOP for both system and otherwise are diligently followed by the team.
6. Ensure the timely and diligent preparation of the Documentation tracker
7. To daily monitor and review the Documentation tracker.
8. Ensure all export documentation in compliance with customs rules & regulations and as per customer’s requirements.
