Location: Kuantan

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check the order which received from Business Development Department.
• Counter check customer details, size for needed, type of lorry support and deadline.
• Job planning and scheduling.
• Close monitoring for driver movement to avoid any down time.
• Briefing and follow up with driver in order to meet the customer requirement and satisfaction.
• Order fulfilment.
• Involve in transport document acknowledgement and return.
• Assist to handle driver claim and reimbursement.
• Handle customer complaint.
• Prepare daily movement report.
• Any other duty which assigned by Operation Manager
• Liaise with Adm/HR Department for update the driver status and lorry status.
• Other duties as assign by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistic or related field
• Min 2 years’ experience in related field
• Logistics background and experience with Shipping is a plus
• Able to do job planning and scheduling
• Good communication, planning and execution skills
• Proactive, self-confidence and team player
• Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Proficient in PC Applications particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
