Jawatan Kosong Braun Büffel - Sales Associate Vivacity Megamall, Kuching in Kuching

Store Operations

• Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished and well-displayed.
• Compile and submit data for Sales and Customer Service reports.
• Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures.
• Manage sales transactions and cash handling in line with SOPs.

Sales Performance

• Strive to achieve both individual and boutique monthly sales targets.

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Address customer complaints professionally, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Represent and uphold the company’s luxury brand image.
• Provide basic after-sales services and support.
• Maintain and update the customer database accurately.
• Mentor and guide new staff on customer service best practices.

Grooming & Presentation

• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Comply with the company’s Retail Grooming Standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Take responsibility for overall inventory and monthly stock counts.
• Conduct daily opening/closing stock counts and resolve discrepancies within 2–3 days.
• Update range plans daily to reflect new shipments.
• Implement effective security measures to minimize theft and pilferage.
• Ensure stock records are accurate and updated promptly.
• Monitor merchandising activities to:
• Minimize shrinkage and report irregularities.
• Replenish packaging materials while avoiding wastage.

Store Upkeep & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment.
• Safeguard stock, fixtures, and store furniture.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.

Professionalism & Knowledge

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in daily tasks.
• Build effective communication and positive rapport with colleagues and customers.
• Always conduct oneself in a professional and respectful manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
