We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager Brand & Communications to lead our efforts in building brand awareness and driving engagement. This role will oversee all aspects of brand communication, including messaging, content creation, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive brand communication strategy that enhances brand recognition and loyalty.
• Content Management: Oversee the development of compelling content across various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print.
• Campaign Management: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive audience engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to align brand messaging and marketing efforts.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning, using data to inform strategies.
• Media Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS
