What this job involves:
Oversees base build and construction and fit out, ensures alignment with the Client's’ s technical standards.
Ensures an immediate and close relationship with the Client and Stakeholders, brings best practices to the project, supports project team with schedule, design and site related technical issues and compliance, manages risk mitigation strategies, reviews project activities, and integrates with Client's operations teams.
Take ownership of project deliverables, take lead and manage each step ofthe Projects until successful completion. Detailed-orientated, strong-minded and have excellent negotiation skills.

Sound like you? To apply you will have
Experience: 10+ years in project and construction management, preferably with experience in data centre projects
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic / Electrical engineering, Civils . Structure / construction management, or a related field
Qualification: Professional certifications such as PMP/PMI preferred
Skills: Project planning and execution, budget management, risk assessment and management, communication, knowledge of quality control processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance, and team management skills
