Jawatan Kosong Inventory Assistant cum Storekeeper Yearly Contract in Genting Highlands

• To plan and execute all inventory controls related activities such as cycle counting, managing stock aging, stock transfer, physical verification, inventory reconciliation and so on.
• Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse inventory movement for records and traceability.
• Work with internal operation and external parties on stock count and cycle counting exercises.
• To conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock count.
• Result of inventory accuracy based on stock count result and meets the stock variance KPI.
• Analyse inventory data, movement and understand connections to minimize the variance.
• Investigate stock discrepancy and system transaction error.
• Ensure products’ replenishment is according to FIFO policy/system
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure stock quantity in and out of warehouse are matched with the shipment documents.
• Recording any damaged, missing and faulty goods.
• Label the received goods, and keep records of their location and quantity.
• Assist in arrangement of inventory storage.
• Perform picking, packing and sorting of orders.
• Ensure proper stock level to meet demand and wastage avoidance.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Storekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Candidate must possess at least PMR certificate.
• Good in mathematics and accuracy.
• Good computer skills.
• Willing to work on project site based and outstation (Genting - Hostel will be provided)
• Able to work on night shift
• Working days: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), Sat (8am – 2pm).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
