Jawatan Kosong Manager - Group Operations Business IT Support in Kuala Lumpur If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Functional

• Analyze and work with IT and Business Units to ensure completeness and feasibility of user requirements
• Review and monitor User Acceptance test and related tests for Deposits and Safe Deposit Box applications are according to User Requirement Specifications (URS), schedule and quality objectives
• Ensure first level support is within the service level
• Responsible for Deposits and Safe Deposit Box user parameters setup/maintenance
• Primary support for Deposits (CA, SA and FD) and Safe Deposit Box (SDB) applications
• Coordinate with users and IT to ensure that testing and related activities are ready and according to schedule

Managerial

• Prepare test plan and perform UAT for Deposits and Safe Deposit Box applications
• Update documentation including the User’s Manuals for users’ and team reference for Deposits and Safe Deposit Box applications
• Follow-up on support logs for Deposits and Safe Deposit Box applications till resolution

Education/Qualification

• SPM / STPM / ‘A’ levels or equivalent
• Relevant Diploma / Degree in Banking / Accounting / Business Information Systems etc

Experience

• Work in financial institution especially in credit or branch operations
• User acceptance testing and planning.
• Project planning and execution
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. AS400 Query utility.
