Job Responsibilities

• Manage project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
• Consult and cooperate with management, colleagues, cross functional team members as well as authorities to ensure timely completion of operational and functional goals
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management
• Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate obstacles in the project.
• Assists the Project Manager in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of entire farm project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion
• Proficient in English and Malay
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and proactive
