JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service staff
• Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.
• Conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.
• Conduct effective customer due diligence.
• To reconcile daily transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role Familiar with money changing and remittance business
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
