WE’RE HIRING: DIGITAL MARKETER CUM RECEPTIONIST

Location: Gunung Rapat, Ipoh

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and people-friendly individual who can bring our brand to life online and deliver warm service at the front desk. If you’re tech-savvy, love creating content, and enjoy interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:
✔ Create engaging video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other platforms
✔ Design eye-catching social media images
✔ Edit videos & graphics using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
✔ Run paid ads & targeted campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads is a bonus)
✔ Work closely with our marketing executive to plan strategies
✔ Create a monthly digital marketing content calendar
✔ Track performance, analyze results & improve campaigns

Front Desk Duties:
✔ Answer calls, WhatsApp messages & patient enquiries
✔ Welcome customers with a positive, friendly attitude
✔ Manage payments, issue receipts & maintain simple records
✔ Assist with appointments & patient flow
✔ Maintain a neat, organized reception environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

– Is creative, proactive, and full of new ideas
– Understands trends, reels, TikTok formats & viral content styles
– Has basic photography & videography skills (bonus if you own your own phone gear)
– Communicates well, both online and face-to-face
– Can multitask and stay organized even on busy days
