Job Description:

• Maintain a welcoming and well-presented front-house environment .
• Supervise, train and mentor FOH staff to uphold service standards.
• Prepare a staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure smooth operations and coordination of workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Front of House Manager or any similar leadership role,
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a bachelor's degree and above are preferable.
