Position: Content Creator cum Video Editor
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 1) 1st shift: 9.30 am - 4.30 pm

2) 2nd shift: 4.00 pm - 11.00 am
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Location: 2324, Jalan Padang Luas, Kampung Padang Luas,22000 Jerteh Terengganu

Job Description:

• Produce and edit 3 engaging videos per day that capture the essence of the company's dishes, highlighting ingredients, flavors, and presentation.
• Develop creative concepts for each video that resonate with our target audience, including food prep demonstrations, behind-the-scenes shots, and customer testimonials.
• Host daily live sessions (approximately 3 hours) to showcase menu items, answer questions, and engage directly with customers, creating an interactive and personal experience for viewers.
• Use live sessions to highlight promotions, new menu items, and the unique qualities of the company's offerings.
• Work closely with outsourced influencers to align content strategy, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and quality across all platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers to schedule joint live sessions or collaborative content that maximizes reach and engagement.
• Oversee the company’s social media accounts, including planning and scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with followers.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly, providing excellent customer service and building a loyal online community.
• Stay updated on F&B industry trends, social media trends, and customer preferences to keep content fresh and engaging.
• If capable, create, run, and monitor social media ads to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
