Jawatan Kosong Finance Manager in Tawau

• Develop and manage financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and yearly financial statement and reports for all companies.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders including, external auditor, tax agent, Company secretary, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

• Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Provide financial guidance to the top management and support other departments within the organization.

• Stay updated with industry trends, accounting best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

• Oversee day to day accounting functions including account payable, account receivables and general ledger.

• Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead and mentor coaching the department team, providing guidance and support for their career development.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a finance management role.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and decision making.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to the top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
