Jawatan Kosong Assistant Lodge Manager Sepilok in Sandakan

Job Scope of Assistant Lodge Manager

A. Meeting with Department Heads on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to discuss operations, staffing and training.

B. Working closely with the Front desk to ensure optimal customer service, overseeing scheduling and operations of the desk.

C. Working with Human Resources to provide staffing, training and any disciplinary actions as laid out by Company policies and procedures.

D. Provide a friendly lodge environment for our customers with high standards of service, meals and housekeeping which meet the company’s expectations.

E. Ensuring that the Lodge is a safe, healthy and positive living and working environment for its staff, visitors, and guests.

F. Coordinating with contractors, working groups, and delivery services to complete maintenance work and receive supplies at the Lodge.

G. Communicate and report to Lodge Manager & Director of Operations on a regular basis in line with company requirements.

H. Gain a clear understanding of the Head of Department’s duties and ensure that these are carried out to the company's standard.

Salary : RM2200 - RM2500 (Upon requirement)
