Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager in to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.

Position available for below areas :

• 1) Kuantan - Pahang
• 2) Rahang - Negeri Sembilan.
• 3) Bukit Baru - Melaka.
• 4) Kluang, Parit Yaani, Gambir, Tangkak - Johor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and targets
• Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, words & Power Point)
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• 1 - 2 years experience in retail management
