Responsibilities:

· To assist with sales department day-to-day duties

· Prepare and process documents such as quotation, delivery order and invoices

· To follow-up with customer in regards to enquiry and orders from customers

· Respond to customer’s new order and enquiry in a timely manner

· To help prepare materials for client meetings, such as product brochures and presentation slides

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess SPM / O level or higher. Having a related certificate i marketing/entrepreneur will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage
• Computer literate and good command in English
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
