About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at REMEDIC CLINIC KUALA PERLIS as a full-time Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth running of our medical clinic in Kuala Perlis, Perlis.

What you'll be doing

· Greeting and registering patients, managing patient flow and queries

· Assisting clinicians during patient examinations and treatments

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation

· Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring supplies are well-stocked

· Performing basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections

· Handling incoming telephone calls and booking patient appointments

· Ensuring a clean, organized and professional clinic environment

What we're looking for

· Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing for a Senior Clinic Assistant or minimum SPM/STPM for a Clinic Assistant.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Must be computer literate.

· Candidate with clinical and customer service experience will be an advantage
