With its modular system architecture, ENX™ Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new developments or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for existing offices and warehouses. It integrates seamlessly with current BMS infrastructures. Our customers have achieved energy savings of up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. Plan, coordinate and implement projects at client jobsites, including site assessments, subcontractor management, as well as configuration and installation of our devices and sensors. Document project progress, findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
• Data Analysis & Field Technical Support: Analyse and interpret data collected from various equipment, devices and sensors, including Building Management Systems, electrical meters, BTU meters, IAQ Sensors and various PLCs. Provide technical support and maintenance services for projects at client premises. Coordinate with Helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve site issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Building, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or IT, preferably in Building Services or Industrial Automation. Strong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, M&E systems, RTU devices, and networking equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
