JOB DESCRIPTION

• Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards, including seasonal cocktails, wine lists, and food pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks according to the outlet's standards.
• Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper set up of outlet's floor, service, and bar areas.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, properly stored, and logged. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
• Assist with the setup and service of bar areas for events and private functions, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Stay updated on new trends in mixology and beverages. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
