Hi, we are looking for Mechanical Design Engineer (contract), that have passion in design and interested to design varies of product as we do have various of products and projects. Experiencing your design become products / machines that been used in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• To design and study new project development
• Transform idea into drawing
• Liaise with customer for design input.
• Designing mechanical components and systems for mechatronic and robotic applications.
• Collaborating with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical and software systems.
• Creating detailed engineering drawings using CAD software (SOLIDWORKS)
• Conducting analysis and simulations to ensure design feasibility, performance and reliability.
• Selecting appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.
• Prototyping and testing designs to validate performance and functionality.
• Optimizing designs for cost, manufacturability and efficiency.
• Participating in design reviews and providing technical expertise.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in mechatronics and robotics.
• Troubleshooting and resolving design issues during development and production phases.
• Site visit to take dimension for new development project if needed.
• Ensure overall process of Engineering Drawing and Design of products are going well without any internal or external problems.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Product Design or equivalent
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS skills
• At least 2 years working experience in related industry is preferable
• Drawing and design experience is preferable
• Have a good knowledge on mechanical design, equipment and systems
• Good understanding about Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
• Well verbal and written communication
• Organized and able to meet deadline
