Jawatan Kosong Distribution Centre Executive in Kuala Terengganu

DISTRIBUTION CENTRE EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Distribution Centre Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

· Operational Oversight:

Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, to ensure productivity and efficiency.

· Logistics Coordination:

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and timely deliveries.

· Safety Compliance:

Implement and uphold safety standards and procedures, conducting regular safety training and audits to minimize risks.

· Process Improvement:

Analyse workflow and identify areas for process enhancement to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

· Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shipments, and workforce performance for management review.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience in Warehouse operation or logistics with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

· Strong understanding of inventory management systems

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage team

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Knowledge of safety regulation and best practices in warehouse is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
