KLCC in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a Merchandising Executive to support merchandise operations across our retail stores. You will help ensure the right products are available at the right store, at the right time, to maximize sales and inventory efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in OTB planning, budget tracking, and seasonal assortment planning.
• Execute stock allocation, replenishment, and inter-store transfers to optimize inventory.
• Track and analyze sales, sell-through, stock turn, and aging inventory.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Regional teams on stock and product updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in Malay, Mandarin, and English; able to use Mandarin and English as working languages.
• 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in fashion retail or fast fashion.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and retail operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in KLCC area.
